Very new at this..sorry. My computer is infected and someone is trying to gain access to my bank account. I have run various checks and found anmongst others the following file:ntoskrnl.exe (apparently a trojan dropper) using spyhunter. I have not yet deleted this.
I ran hijack this and got the following but haven't a clue what it means

Please help if you can!
 
Started combofix.. advised me to turn off avast which I did. After it completes stage 3 it stops, waited 2 hours with nothing. tried twice with same results. Don't know what to do. I deleted ntoskrnl.exe with spystopper, but problem still remains.
Still need help. Anything I can do please?

When you scan with hijackthis, you will empty boxes to the left of the entries.

Put a check mark in the box next to the entries I want you to remove.
 
Still got the problem unfortunately.. Hijack this wiped the above file but after logging into bank, internet browser takes me to insecure page which asks for full pin and password. Obviously not provided. Unable to access account details which is causing a problem. Bank not overly helpful either.
Any other suggestions/course of action you can suggest please?
