I need you to uninstall my web search in the control panel is present

and i cant use malwarebytes because i cant uninstall or install anything.Even though malwarebytes is already installed i cant find it to use it.

Download combofix

Reboot into safemode and then run combofix

i am in the process of downloading combofix..but sorry for the stupid question but how do i reboot... adn how do i use safe mode?

Click the start button and click restart. When the screen goes black, wait about a second or so and tap F8 5 times. Then a black screen with white text will appear. Use the up arrow key to navaigate to safe mode, dont select safe mode with command prompt or safe mode with network, just safe mode.

i did what you said.
i ran combo fix and it made my computer reboot and when it rebooted i did it in safemode.when i got to my desktop screen the combofix automatically ran again and said this:

then wen i wrote it down and pushed ok the computer took a really long time then restarted again and went to this blue screen that said windows has detected and problem and needs to close. if this is the first time you are seeing this screen please restart. if not then try the instructions below.

the instructions below then told me to check my harddrives and other stuff and had some stop code.then i couldnt do anything. i started over until i figured out to go to last known good configuration

what do i do now?
pls be very specific because i am a newbie and have NO idea what im doing.

Did combofix give you a log?

If not then you need to run it again and let me know if it happens again about the rootkit, which it probably will.
