Need HELP getting rid of this malware!

I fixed the ad links on google last night. Just by scanning and fixing alot of stuff.
Ok, deleted that. Is that it? Also, when I open up programs etc, i sometimes will receive a message with the 0x0000's. Do you know how I could fix this?

Well after running all these clean up stuff I don't get that many more 0x000 messages. When I try to open the Far Cry 2 Benchmark I get that. Oh well.
Oh ya and I have been trying to figure this other problem forever!
First of all, my computer language is set to ENGLISH. All of that has been checked and is fine.
But when I open up like control panel, as you see (some things are in some weird slovak language i think)

And when I download files, this will also be changed:

And everything else is in English.. Does ANYONE know how to fix this?
