log looks good, what issues were you having before you did the guide and are you still having those issues?

ok well im having high ping problems when I play my online games and I know for sure that its spyware cause when I scanned with the program "AVG Anti-spyware" it find like 33 cases of it bit has an error while deleting it. So what other options do I have to delete these files?

well i just deleted the whole file where it was all located......my anti-vius program :amazed: wtf is up with that? lol well i dont think there is any on anymore so ty for your help
