Do the following


START>RUN> Type MSCONFIG>STARTUP TAB>Disable everything but your anti-virus and anything else you want to keep running at startup)


Then Press Apply and OK and when it ask you to restart, restart

Not as of yet, but I got rid of those worms, which is good. I am thinking it is to do with some files I deleted from the game I play, although I've deleted them before and it still worked. As for that website issue, I have no clue whats wrong with that, although a few others on GameSpyArcade cannot get on over GSA, but they get different errors than me.
