OK,
My wife's family came down to spend some time with us, and she let them use our account on the computer, not the limited guest one. Anyways, it was running slow and I went through Warez's 4 step spyware removal. I did remove some things. However, I have tried to remove this from my msconfig startup C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon.exe however, no matter how I try to remove or uncheck it from startup, it will return. whats up with that....
