I followed the instructions on spyware-asylum as best as i could. Although i didnt note anywhere that it said not to remove anything until the very bottom after I had clicked "fix selected issues" with Malware Bytes. Right now i'll only post my HJT log since that's the name of the thread but should i post my ComboFix and Malwarebytes logs here too? let me know as I am new to this and REALLY appreciate all of your help.
P.S.: I don't know if it's a factor but ComboFix kept alerting me about AVG running yet i had already uninstalled it.

Do you know of this IP Range and that it is marked as Trusted? If so then your good. The only other thing i see is the Home Page is Gourmet Pantry. But that is a personal setting. You dont have anything that jumps out.

the ip is for the server, thanks.
So running Combofix, malware bytes and HJT took off the virus? I thought they only scan and log. I guess i was expecting a lot more work. Thanks so much mac. This is a huge help!

Combofix and MBAM are not just scanners, they also remove as well. HJT is just a scanner. ;)

It is only a lot of work cause if there was still a massive infection or a different sort of infection you have other items you might have to run. CF and MBAM do a number on a good 90% of the infections out there.
