I think my computer is infected.. i would try to run my avg to make sure and it would freeze after about 20 minutes of scanning. I just did a hijackthis log as well as a malware bytes log and i do indeed have about 19 infected objects. When i tried to delete it it would freeze. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

sorry im not very good with computers.. how do i run safe mode and do you want me to do that for AVG? or maleware?
 
Reboot, then press F8. Select Safe Mode, not the other safemode options. Then see if you can run malwarebytes without it freezing or hijackthis

Reboot and run malwarebytes again, post its log.

If malwarebytes comes back with the same infected files, we will need to disable system restore to delete the files, then enable after we are done if you wish
 
Disable all items in msconfig and try scanning with an updated version of spybot search and destroy.

Start>Run>Msconfig>startup tab>Disable all
Restart computer

download spybot search and destroy, update then scan.
