I might be infected

Hi everybody, I'm new to the forums and I think I might be infected with a virus of some sort. What happens is while I'm using my computer, there's advertisements that run in the background of whatever I'm doing for Expedia and other corporations.

I did a HijackThis search and here is what I got for my results.

I need you to run malwarebytes as well and post its log.

I'm unable to run Malwarebytes or any other anti-virus right now. I can't run them in Safe Mode either.

Any ideas on what I could do?

I deleted the O17's without a problem, however O23 - Service: My Web Search Service (MyWebSearchService) - Unknown owner - C:\PROGRA~1\MYWEBS~1\bar\1.bin\mwssvc.exe (file missing) still keeps popping up and I'm unable to install Malwarebytes.

Any other ideas?

Run combofix and then try to run malwarebytes. Post the log from both if possible

I can't run either program. I'm also unable to install and uninstall various anti-virus programs.

Try renaming the programs and use a different location to download them too.
