Everything has pretty much stopped.. but my 'system32' folder always pops up when my computer is starting up.. should be be worried?

Can you disable it from appearing in CCleaner or MSconfig?

nope, but I decided to download ewido anti-malware, and did a scan with it, and it picked up a trojan in my registery which nothing else picked up.

edit: just restarted my computer, and upon the usual start up of my programs.. my system32 folder did not open up! looks like everything is finally back to normal/good
