ok sorry i haven't posted in a while, ive been busy with family and stuff. I did delete those files from the directory. I haven't had a chance to run NOD32 again, and I don't have time right now but here is an updated log for you.

VundoFix.exe is a removal tool developed to remove Virtumonde infections. To use the tool follow the instrctions below.
Please download VundoFix.exe to your desktop.

• Double-click VundoFix.exe to run it.
• When VundoFix re-opens, click the Scan for Vundo button.
• Once it's done scanning, click the Remove Vundo button.
• You will receive a prompt asking if you want to remove the files, click YES
• Once you click yes, your desktop will go blank as it starts removing Vundo.
• When completed, it will prompt that it will reboot your computer, click OK.

then post a new log

do you see WINGSA32.DLL and remove WINGSA32.DLL from Windows startup?

I downloaded startup inspector and the programs that looked odd to me are this:

alcmtr.exe - no info. found

NvCpIDaemon - RUNDLL32.exe - filename c:\windows\system32\NvCpl.dll

msconfig also shows RTHDCPL.exe

run this to see if it is even on your system

go to start, run, copy and paste this Regsvr32 </U>C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\wingsa32.dll and press enter and tell me what it brings up
