HijackThis Log - Cannot get into User Accounts

Windows XP SP2. As the computer administrator and logged on as such I was unable to get into User Accounts, Windows Firewall, and was unable to uninstall programs in Add/Remove Programs within the Control Panel. I completed the Osiris proceedure and have posted my HijackThis log below. I can now perform all functions now. Can someone take a look at the look to see if there is anything suspicious in it? I just want to make sure I have a clean bill of health now. Thanks in advance!

About those two questionable entries...I have the Abyss web server installed and I did some port forwarding work for my router. Do you think these entries are related to that? What is the harm of deleting the questionable entires...anything significant? I only have the Abyss web server running on occassion when I need to share something with a friend.
