A friend of mine asked me to take a look at their Grandfathers computer because of how slow it's running.

It's an old machine that has an AMD Athlon 2800+ (2.08GHz), with 512MB RAM.

I've found that the computer is constantly using about 500MB of the page file which is what is probably slowing the thing down.

I've run CCleaner, Malwarebytes, Spybot, Defrag and none of the programs have helped whatsoever. I decided to give HiJackThis a try but I have no idea what's safe to remove and what isn't.

This is a nasty program. Want to remove that. That is the only thing I see.
