It is.

I was going to post in here too about the boot up. It's very odd. After the blue welcome screen and the sound it makes right before you would normally see the desktop the screen will go black and takes about 1 minute before it actually shows the desktop. I have nothing in startup besides ctfmon and avg. I cannot figure this one out.
