Hi,

I have been having a lot of problems with my computer that I have not gotten fixed yet. The most recent problem that brought me here today is that I am constantly being directed to a porn/sex site whenever I try to access sites or click on links that I have been going to for yrs and have never been redirected to any site previously.

The site that I am being directed to has the same layout each time but the name (on the upper left side) changes each time. Also, the search bar link isn't of the porn site but the site that I wanted to go to. I am being directed to this site when trying to access a lot of different non-related sites now.

I also have problems opening pdf files on my other computer accounts apart from the admin account.

My internet (firefox and IE) homepage is also being overrided by MSN's homepage; therefore, whenever I want to change the homepage I can't and it goes back to the MSN homepage.

Also, my computer has been going pretty slow. If you could help me make it faster by getting rid of the things that are slowing it down that'd be really great.

I went through your guide but I am stilling having the problem. If I put an incorrect search in the search bar i.e. "rr" the webpage pops up again. I am really getting annoyed at it. Do I have to reformat my whole computer because of this or can I get rid of it?
