Help with Hijack log

[IBM/PS1]

So i was using my laptop as normal yesterday and i noticed a lot of pop up ads and my computer gradually getting slower. I rebooted and tried to run anti virus and it opened up the scanning window but it closed instantly every time.

Every time i tried to open a program the process would appear in the process list in task manager but it would be invisible. Every time i try and run any sort of mal-ware or anti virus program is just crashes instantly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Alright so i removed the selected entries and rebooted.

I am still unable to start anti virus services. It tells me i do not have the proper dependencies to start the service. I attempt to go to the dependencies tab and it tells me it does not require any or i have them disabled.

I still am unable to run any kind of anti virus programs or spyware remover tools.

I try and boot in safe mode and i get a bsod every time.

I only have a guest account on my laptop.

I will have to create another admin account, I'll let you know how it goes.

Still no luck turning on the services i need to run anti virus and other needed programs.

It tells me one of the requirements for this service is not running. I click on the service and go to the dependency tab and i get a win32 error "the service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
