my laptop is infected with a deadly virus,the virus created two user accounts,database and Bsqxita. It has also blocked me from using my user account,the password has been changed.Out of curiosity i goggled the third name Bsqxita and found out that it is a virus that was first found in spain,UK and Kenya.(i live in Kenya).I cannot access the machine since these accounts are password protected.i have important information stored in the hard disk so reformatting will not be a good option.Any help friends.
