I scanned with Ad Aware, Spybot, and AVG and all came up clean. I try to play WoW and the latency is at around 250, but I can't even play it because it lags so bad. It pauses between each step.
I looked in task manger and googled the things that were using the processor. They were all fine except one called "csrss.exe" It said it was a valid windows one, but that sometimes a virus could be it also.
When I am on the internet it moves at slower then dial up speed. My specs are: AMD 64 3000+, 1024 MB of ram, and a 6600gt. It is not the hardware that is causing the problem. This is really annoying, please help.
