Computer Skipping

Well I posted for help in another section of the forums but we have yet to find the problem. Maybe by analyzing this HijackThis log, we may find the solution to the problem. Nothing is your log that I see wrong

Thank you for taking the time to analyze it. I have tried many programs (malwarebytes, spybot, nod32, etc.) and all come clean. Seems like my problem must be due to hardware issues.
