boy thats a lot of programs

got as many of those programs as i could, edwido and adaware and panda scan and clean up being the most helpful in finding crap on my cpu

does this look any better?

I recommend getting rid of Norton Antivirus. That alone is hogging up the CPU. Use Avast or AVG antivirus instead.

Fix the following entries using HiJackThis:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ishost.exe

C:\WINDOWS\system32\ismini.exe

definitely considering getting rid of that norton mess
i bought that program in 2003 and its always been really slow and stuf
yea those were the files i figured that was trouble
my hijack this is acting funny
i try to delete those files on reboot and hijack this just shuts off on me

Are you using the latest version of HiJackThis?

I would defenitely remove Norton Antivirus, especially if it's from 2003, it's not as updated as the free open-source antiviruses on the web.
