Was able to manually remove the virus (comine.exe) from Windows\system32
Deleted the registry start up key.
Computer HOSTS file was changed and I was able to get it back to normal. (If was not letting any anti-virus or spyware apps update)

McAfee is somewhat working now and seems to have downloaded lastest defs. and is now able to run scans.
Seem like the worm also disabled System restore in the Group Policy (still working on that)
Internet is was still acting up.

PC info: Acer One
Windows XP Home Ed. SP3
Intel Atom
1.60 Ghz 1 GB RAM

Any other suggestions,
