Can someone help with this infection: dllhost.exe *32 (COM Surrogate) and jgttizpz.exe *32(Google Chrome)

My computer seems to have been taken over by a COM Surrogate and a Google Chrome virus of which both are consuming most of my CPU capacity and slowing my computer down tremendously. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Below is my Hijack This log:

I'd advise you download and run a scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware and delete all that it finds. Then post the log here, and run another scan with HJT and post the new scan log as well.
 
Here is the HJT log. I tried to export the Malwarebytes log, but it kept exporting empty. I did get rid of the Google Chrome virus, but the COM Surrogate is still trying to hang on. I'm going to try and see if I can get the log from the malware scan.

There's several things related to Akami...do you use anything related to that on your system?

Also, it shows the Bing toolbar installed...go ahead and uninstall it that.

How do you mean the "COM surrogate is still holding on" ? Is it still appearing in scans? Is there a message on startup?
 
I keep seeing dllhost.exe *32 (COM Surrogate) in the Task Manager, and it consumes a lot of memory and takes up several lines under the Processes tab in the TM. Any ideas?

I did uninstall Bing Toolbar, but have to look into Akami.

Boot into Safe Mode and another scan with MBAM?

If MBAM is coming back clean, then run a scan with AdwCleaner in Safe Mode (download from here: AdwCleaner Download) and post the log.
