Zune HD outside US...

Some friends and I are planning to buy a Zune HD, no big deal...
The problem is, we live in Mexico.
My question is:
"Does the Zune Marketplace and all that stuff works out from the US?"

yes, IF.. you make up a US microsoft live ID at www.passport.com (so that you can log in to zune marketplace)
Don't quote me o this, but i think you will be able to download free apps from the store. but if you want to buy anything you will need either a US credit card, or US xbox live points(which you can buy off ebay)
