wireless keyboard/mouse problem

I have a Microsoft wireless keyboard/mouse. Is there any way to change the frequencies it uses? There is a guy in my area somewhere that uses a HAM radio and everytime he is on it, it interferes with my signal. My mouse and keyboard freeze up completely until he is finished talking. And his side of the conversation comes through my speakers as well.. Its very annoying and I dont want to get rid of my wireless unless I have to.

thats crazy!!! well, you could ask him to switch frequencies(if thats even possible). i think that if you open up the keyboard and mouse there are little switches where you can change the frequencies, but im not sure. call microsoft and see what they have to say. you could always return it for a different brand that might use different frequencies.
