Where can I get a really cheap electronic organizer or PDA?

You would want to be looking at PALM or HP iPAQ. After that you start looking at mobile phones which come with that functionality.

Really cheap no more than $50 and nothing that goes on a plan, I've tried all of the retailers such as Bets Buy and Fuutre Shop

You can pick up cheap electronic organizers for $20 or $30 at places like Target and Wal-Mart.
