Recovering Text Messages Android phone

Is it possible with any software out or any way to recover text messages from last 15 days with a Samsung Galaxy S3 (virign mobile)?

Unless you have already had the software in place, the only way I know of (if it's your phone) is to call the provider and request a copy of the transcripts.
