outlook contacts, email, and galaxy 4

I have two email accounts, a yahoo mail account and a school email account.
I always have just accessed them both through the web, not with a program like outlook. I am looking for a calendar and contacts function, which outlook provides. Should I just use outlook standalone for calendar and contacts and continue the web browsers for the email or is there a better solution?

Also I have a Galaxy S 4 that I would like to sync with the contacts/calendar

Well considering that Outlook doesn't connect with Yahoo or your school email accounts, let alone the fact that the S4 is operated by Google, doesn't help you cause.

As you will have to manually export your calendar from your school, yahoo and Outlook accounts and then sync them with your Google Account in order to get your calendar events to show. There is no other way.

The contacts can just be exported from your current accounts then imported to contacts.google.com and then be synced with your phone.

The truth is your trying to combine 3 different accounts with a 4 account that all do not have access to each others services. It will not be able to be done without a lot of manual work by you.
