I just upgraded my iPhone 3Gs to version 4 firmware. However every time I try to sync I get the following error

The iPhone "iFone" cannot be synced. An unknown error occurred
(13019).
Syncing seems to work, however I have found that some times I need to sync the iphone twice before the changes come through.
Any advise on how to fix this problem?
BTW, iFone is the name I have given my iPhone.
