iPhone 4S. Short out?

So, i just got my new iPhone 4S 5 hours ago... plugged it into the wall charger... works fine and charges to 100%

Now, i wanted to put my music on it and pictures etc... So i go to plug it into my pc via USB port... and nothing... PC didn't pick it up... nor did iTunes... nothing... So i go to plug it back into the wall charger... and yah. you gussed it, it no longer charges... The phone still works! Just doesn't charge..

Has my PC made my iPhone short out? And does Apple cover this?

Someone help.. please...

Try a different cable? and if that doesn't work maybe it is the phone and yea as long as you have apple care i think they do.

I tried a different one... still did not work

I'm no iPhone Expert but it may have if it's not charging either way or it could have been a faulty phone.

This is the 2nd iPhone this has happened too... But with the first, it either had water damage... or yeah... my PC made it short out.

It's Most likely a short but as long as you have apple care i think you should be good

Alright, thank you Don't suppose you would know what is cause this to happen? Like, The USB ports or something...

Could Be anything really.Someone Else on the forums mayknow more but i like to think Electronics like to do as they please and i leave it at that
