iPhone 3GS Owners Find Battery Life Lacking

well i listened to my music thrue my iphone speakers as i had no headphones for 4 hours today at work ( i work in construction) and i did some texting and when we where in the truck some youtubing with the guys came home and the batery was still 3/4 of the way full.

It would seem that i would been needing to charge my iPhone up every second day with my current day to day use. Considering that my previous HTC Touch required charging every 3 days, than that is not so bad considering the extra functionality that current phone has.

[EDIT]Speaking of which, I have still yet to get my HTC Touch back from repair. 6 weeks now[/EDIT]

Turns out that it was sitting at HTC Sydney office for the last 2 weeks.
