HTC Sync changed about 400 of my 1836 Outlook contacts when I first synced with my Sensation. I use the Address card view sorted on "Save as " field but now all contacts that have no person name are listed first and with an empty field on top although the contact has the company name as "Save as" field. All other contacts are listed as before with the "Save as" field on top. The HTC Support (in Sweden) has no solution for this. Otherwise I am quite happy with the Sensation but with such a large screen I think that they could use a larger font for Notes and phone numbers in contacts. Now it is 1 mm high and requires reading glasses to read comfortably (at age 66)
