Well whut are your price ranges? whut provider are u looking to get????
if u want something with wifi and aim and music and videos, look into the t-mobile dash or the cingular black jack or the treo. If u want something that looks cool and easy to type for texting/aim look into the cingular 8525, or 8125, the tmobile sidekick 3 or the tmobile mda.

My max is about 450$

And yeah, I did look at those phones, and I don't know, I just found the 8525 the best... but anyway... I looked at Get Started | Cingular Wireless

and... so how the **** do plans work? Do I have to pay to use instant messaging and shieeet? and surfing the web? How much do I have to pay per month for that stuff.. yuck.. also, the phones 2 year contract price is 450? what's that mean..?

i think that means with a 2 year agreement, u have to pay $450, u could prolly get it cheaper or talk to a rep at the mall, plus i think there is liek a fee for a data plan, like u pay for the wireless service and u pay a fee (monthly) for the data services (aim, surfing the web ext...)
