So how many people were effected by Research in Motion's blackberry outgage, which seems to have started at 8pm April 17,2007 and as I write this -- the blackberry is still down!
I've read reports its the whole western hemisphere. That some people are down, some are slow, some are working. That RIM's infrastructure failed in a big way.
The Research In Motion does not mention anything of it. While their support phone line says stuff like:
--a "service interruption" causing delays in e-mail transmission
--we are currently experiencing a service interruption that is causing delays in sending and receiving messages
--no update to when service will be restored
Wow, just as writing this, a report said 8 million users effected by the Blackberry outage.
Is you BlackBerry working, have service?
