OH I can see thee scenario now, Hey terrorist #1 lets jailbreak our Iphone so we can reek havoc on the world, Terrorist #2 Great idea OH WAIT it's illegal to jailbreak..... Can't do it so now we need a new plan....... Lets see, terrorists want to kill people, Like making jail breaking illegal will stop them, If terrorist worried about breaking a law I don't think jail breaking or unlocking will stop them.
