Wanadoo Wireless & Talk

Is anybody out there using Wanadoo Wireless & Talk (Voice over internet). I registered 4 or 5 weeks ago, then they sent me a bit of hardware to plug my phone into the router. The idea is you then enable the service by entering your MAC address and Serial no of Wireless & Talk Router.

When I enter mine it comes up with an error so I cant enable the service. Wanadoo's customer support dont know when it will be working and I have been waiting at least 4 weeks for them to enable the service manually.

I think they are not telling me something? Anyone else had similar experiences?

wireless and talk

hello dnalor,
I have had wireless and talk for several months. The wires version does not connect to my computer after trying two different NICS. The wireless version has stopped working now but it was very unreliable whwn it did work, having a great deal of trouble finding an IP address for wireless adaptor. The livebox connects OK. I have gone back to the ordinary broadband modem for the time being.
