I recently signed up for vonage. everything's working well, but I can't seem to turn down the volume on the phone. It's not the phone I'm using as i did played around with the volume on the phone and switched out a new phone. Is there a control panel for volume on their website? thanks, Attorney Anthony Cambece..

This can be taken care of by calling customer service... Its the Gain.
