using a jump drive as a password device

First off i dont know if this is the right area to be posting this thread but here goes. i need to know if you guys know of any programs out there that will allow me to use my jump drive to input the password for my windows Xp account. i want it so that without the jump drive the computer wont login to windows if possible thanx

I would just set up a password on xp instead of using a jump drive. What if you lost the drive. A user password would work just as well.

There was this wireless device that logged you in when you got within range but its so much better to just have a password.

Dont over complicate things.

idon,t care if i lose the drive because i can make 2-3 copies of the drive and stash the extras where i know that they will be if i need them i just want to be able to use a jump drive as a password device

You could always use something like this for your password. I'm assuming you want to keep people from accessing your machine. This can do it.
