Tracking devices

Greetings everyone,

I am in search of a tracking device small around the size of a quarter or thereabouts, Will pinpoint location to me of where the device is, like GPS or something like that similar, google earth etc... Except I live in Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean West Indies.
Price is not an issue once it does the job well and shows a location on the receiver's end.

Anything similar, I am willing to consider. Please share your ideas with me..
