The Thermaltake Litepower 450W represents one of a select few entry level units that actually passed all of our testing procedures, and did it with a platform that historically has not been a real winner in our testing. Even though the Litepower 450W had loose voltage regulation and transient response it turned in good efficiency numbers for an entry level unit and excellent DC Output Quality for an FSP Epsilon unit.
