Twisted... cherry picked... whatever. Nvidia is also known to purposefully use outdated drivers for the ATI side of their "benchmarks", as well as slower memory settings and other stumbling blocks.

^^ Exactly...take all of this stuff that is showing up this week with a huge mound of salt. This is nVidia's game (the game of most every other major manufacturer of goods in a competitive market), push out a whole bunch of crap benches and purposely leak "benchmarks" that are half bs just to hype the launch of the product. I wait for reviews from legitimate resources after Fermi launches before I come to any conclusion...that just seems like the logical thing to do. They have been doing this with Fermi since the word Fermi was whispered, it's all way too familiar.

Anandtech changed their test setup from a 850w psu to a Antec TruePower Quattro 1200W in preparation for tomorrow's Fermi review so it looks like the rumors regarding power consumption may have been pretty accurate.
