New AMD WR using the X4 955

They reached 30.61mhz higher than Team Finland's 940. I'm waiting to see if more people can get past these records. I would assume the 955 could overclock better than that.

Nice clock, but I am hoping for something better, since the % of overclock is less than the 940 as it stands...we'll see.
