Anandtech has a review of a S775 Platform, AM2+ Platform, and an i7 Platform here, good read, in some games the i7 is just untouchable. And it also shows just how competitive the Phenom II's are...

The i7 975 looks pretty sweet, but is it going to be another 9770 where the performance gains aren't really that great over its predecessor for the cost?

man i still think the pII 940 is one of the best "bang for your buck" chips out there.

I agree, it's pretty sweet. I think the only one to rival it would be the 920 if you REALLY have to pinch your pennies.

I'm really looking forward to the performance on the new AM3 chips...and how much they're gonna cost.
