Java v. 6 update 91 or 101
ERP has been introduced to users to replace an existing old in-house system. Sometimes somehow java doesn't launch in IE and IE doesn't react at all. And sometimes IE asks to install Java 6 update 7.
In this case I remove Java, restart the PC and reinstall 91 or 101. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.
In case it still doesn't, I reset the IE settings. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
In case it still doesn't, I replace the user's Windows profile. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
In case it still doesn't, I reinstall Java in the way mentioned above.
So far it always worked with me. But I wish to find out what it is in the user's profile that needed correction.
Can anyone help?
