It is just a x22 multi with turbo versus the x21 on the 920 as far as I can see.

so far I have only seen negative reports on it's OC potential. At this point the 920 still looks like the winner.
 
I swear Intel sabatoges their own chips. The 920 OCs too well, so they tweek it/make a new version, and cause it to become a bad oc'er.... Just like the q6600s from 2yrs ago.
 
The 930 is very likely the reason newer 920's do not clock as well but it isn't because of sabotage. All bloomfield chips come from the same wafers and are packaged as different models depending on their clocking ability and how many chips of each model Intel needs. This means that many of the 920's with extra headroom are probably now 930's.
