Those are some very good cards. I wouldn't mind owning one to be honest. I'm curious as to how much they will go for though.

ohh now the chip is getting smaller. The GPU is huge compared to the 3800 series and 4800 series!

Love the looks of the GTX 285. More performance, less TDP......higher OC?

And finally over the 1 TFLOP with a single GPU.

Also.....240 shaders on the GTX 295?? WTF?? I thought it would be 216. I thought that is what the whole problem with a GTX 280 X2 was.

It is 2x260s but with all 240 SPs unlocked.

Nope still wont be touching it until the next gen of cards. Just blew my wad today on buying a 30" dell. 685 shipped to my door

Good $550 to $700...

They are usually overpriced at the start, then they drop it some.. but its a good chip for sure... (just bang for the buck is albeit low, and that applies to all dual-GPU cards)

Why does the gtx295 have lower mem bandwidth than the 285? Its a dual gpu card. It should have more.
