Gmail Shortcut Keyboard?

Are there really people out there that are such hardcore Gmail users that they need something like this? Has it come to this? Are all of us really that lazy? The thing is only $20 so you know what that means...some of you out there are going to end up with this thing at Christmas.

But GMail has kb shortcuts anyway, doesn't it? And in Labs I think they're changeable.

This even uses those shortcuts, in fact you can actually see the characters being registered if you have clicked on a text field apparantly.
