What exactly are you trying to do?

You can't plug 2 different devices into a single USB port, unless you have a hub, if that's what you're trying to do.

I've got a Kiv - 701 head unit that has a rear usb that I've mounted to the upper center console, after checking the manual the unit claims it can support up to two usb storage devices for my playlists movies ect. and the adapter i described earlier would go in best for the area that Ive mounted too. Let me know if i'm leaving any other details out, thanks.

I looked at the manual and didn't see where it said it supported multiple USB devices.

Even if it does, you'll need a USB hub. The adapter you're looking for wouldn't work if it did exist due to how USB works.
