Wonder what kind of stresses will be placed on the board, hope the design the back bracket to either attach to the case it self for support, or have the bracket go up and down the entire back side of the board...

Why make something that big and not make the heatpipes out of copper?

they might be copper on the inside but nickel plated on the inside.

I would say it is all copper with zinc plating.... which would make it pointless in the end to have copper...
