Corsair Graphite 600T Case and Airflow Pro Memory Preview - Corsair AX 1200W 90 Plus Gold PSU - Legit Reviews
"Corsair is showing off a bunch of products for the very first time this year at Computex 2010 here in Taipei and the very first product is a new case series called Graphite. The first case in the Graphite series will be the 600T, which is pictured above. The Corsair Graphite 600T is a mid-tower PC case that is due to come out to the market later this summer for right around $150. What do you get for the $150 price point? A fair amount of great features that any gamer or enthusiast would be happy to have.
The top mesh on the Corsair Graphite 600T is removable by just pressing on it to release it from a couple push clamps. This allows for easy cleaning of the mesh, but it also gives you space to mount up to a 240mm radiator on top of the PC case. With the top cover being removable you don't have to worry if the radiator for your water cooling loop will fit or not.
The back of the Corsair Graphics 600T shows off the eight PCI slots, water cooling pass-through star grommets and space for a 120mm fan. It just so happens the that Corsair Hydro H50 is designed for a 120mm case fan location, so Corsair's very own water cooler easily works in the 600T and that is what the prototype had installed.
Here is a picture of the inside top area of the 600T that shows you how well the Corsair Hydro H50 water cooler fits and the location of the 200mm top fan. Corsair loaded the Graphite 600T with a ton of cable grommets and plenty of space behind the motherboard tray, so cabling will not be an issue on the 600T.
Corsair was also showing off their Professional Series Gold power supplies at Computex 2010. The line will have 750W, 850W and a 1200W power supply that are all 80% Plus gold certified, which means they are all over 90% efficient. We looked at the retail box of the AX1200 and noticed that it peaked at being 93% efficient, which is impressive for a 1200W power supply that is fully modular.
The power supply is fully modular, which is rather rare in the PSU market as only a small number of companies have released a power supply like this. It's rather neat seeing all those modular plug-ins on the back of the power supply!
Internally Corsair is using all industrial grade components and the layout looked rather clean and nice.
The AX1200 uses a 140mm Yate Loon fan with the part number D14BH-12 and the ones that we saw running were rather quiet when under load. These look like great power supplies and we will be sure to bring you more coverage on them in the weeks to come."
