The comparison is a 9800gtx in Tri and SLI vs a 9800gx2 in Quad-SLI (even though you'd know probably be able to predict the results are.. here)

I've seen maybe 1-2 games that even use quad or triple SLi.

The conclusion was basically that anything over 2X sli is a waste. Tri and quad SLI only help in crysis. And tri sli beats quad sli.
